Yes. Online nikah is legally valid in Pakistan when performed by a licensed Nikah Khawan with proper witnesses, documented on an official Nikah Nama, and registered with the Union Council. The Supreme Court of Pakistan has upheld the validity of nikah conducted via modern communication. We handle the complete process including NADRA registration.

Absolutely. We draft the Power of Attorney according to Pakistani law, you sign and attest it at the Pakistan High Commission in London (or consulates in Birmingham, Bradford, Manchester, Glasgow), and we register it in Pakistan. For Talaq (husband-initiated), we file a divorce notice with the Union Council and manage the mandatory 90-day waiting period. For Khula (wife-initiated), we file a petition in the Family Court. A succession certificate is obtained by filing a petition in the civil court where the deceased's assets are located. The court verifies heirship, publishes notice, and — if no objections are raised — issues the certificate. This typically takes 2–4 months. We handle everything via Power of Attorney.

The only exception may be first-time NICOP applicants who need biometric verification at a Pakistan Embassy — but even this is a one-time visit to your local embassy, not a trip to Pakistan.
